Refund policy

This policy applies to all customers who place orders with Royal Hairs & Beauty  including those who choose Klarna as their payment method.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

In addition, Royal Hairs & Beauty voluntarily extends this to 15 business days from delivery for added flexibility.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email:

You may request a standard cancellation form if required.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 15 business days of delivery

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • Unopened

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email sales@royalhairs.co.uk with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. Once approved, we will provide:

    • Return instructions

    • Our return address in London, United Kingdom

  3. Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is:

    • Faulty

    • Damaged

    • Incorrectly supplied

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.


5. Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive email confirmation of approval

  • Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving:

    • The returned goods, or

    • Proof of return postage

Processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.


6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the replacement item is:

    • More expensive – you will pay the difference

    • Cheaper – the balance will be refunded

  • Exchange items are dispatched after the original item is received and approved.


8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Hair extensions

  • Wigs

  • Beauty tools

  • Any sealed personal-use products once opened

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
